We are a  lodge that meets four times a year in London at Grand Lodge Freemasons Hall in Great Queen Street.

Why join

Freemasonry is about sharing a common desire for charitable support and following a high moral code. It is a male-only society, focused on following the three core principles and improving oneself and others. Our society is open to men of any race, religion, political belief and status.

One of the most common misconceptions about Freemasonry – and there are many of them – is that you have to be invited to join. There is absolutely no reason why you should not ask to join – in fact that is the correct procedure.

Lodge Meeting Dates

The Shepherds Bush Lodge of Freemasons, No 1828 regular meetings are held in Freemasons Hall, Gt Queen St in the Second Thursday in January,First Wednesday in March,
First Wednesday in June (Installation) and Second Wednesday in October.

This knowledge could help develop more accurate and targeted treatments for people with Parkinson’s in the future. On 4th September 2025, Bloomsbury Rifles Lodge met at Mark Masons’ Hall. Whilst the meeting was not unfamiliar to any English Masons, towards the end of the meeting W Bro Adrian Hodgson rose and recounted the following historic story of the connection between The Statue of Liberty, Freemasons and this Lodge.
